Track and Field Meet

This is a wonderful opportunity for seniors to again
participate in the sport of track and field.
Come join us for a great time!
USATF rules and implement standards apply.
USATF officials will officiate.
Fully Automatic Timing will be provided by the BYU Track and Field Timing crew.
Events will start on time.
Participants must be present at check-in no later than 30 minutes before their
first event.
Events include:
50M, 100M, 200M, 400M, 800M, 1500M
High Jump, Long Jump, Shot Put, Discus, Javelin
Age Divisions:
50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+
Track Events:
Participants must check-in for track events at the starting line when
called.
Participants who do not report will scratched.
The track is Mondo Super X, the fastest surface in the world.
Starting blocks will be available.
Spikes not longer than 1/4" (pyramid only, no Christmas Trees!) are allowed.
Spikes will be inspected.
Field Events:
Participants must check-in for field events at bull pen by 8:00 am.
Approximate flight times will be posted by 8:30 am.
Athletes must report to the field event venue when called.
Certified event implements will be provided for each field event.
No practice implements or personal implements will be allowed on the field.
The starting height for the high jump will determined at the meet.
The high jump progression will be 5 cm.
The javelin approach is a Mondo rubberized surface.
Registration must completed
by August 9th.
