Registration

Welcome - Welcome to the 2009 Boy Scout/Young Women Track Meet Information Page.  Everything that you need to know for this meet should be found here.  If you need information that is not here, please contact Doug Padilla below.  This meet is designed for the units in the Utah Lake District in Utah. 

Athletes - Each youth can participate in up to 3 events, not counting their participation in any relay.  Athletes in track events should check in at the clerk's area when they are called, but no later than 3 sections (races) before their event. 

Time Schedule - The event will start at 9:00 am with a short clinic.  Each of our youth will have the opportunity to receive instruction and try some of the different events. 
- The track meet will start immediately after the clinic.

Dress - Dress should be modest and ready for athletic activity.  A comfortable pair of athletic shoes is highly recommended. 

Registration - Registration will be done on a ward basis.  A ward representative should go to the web site and process the registration for the participants from their ward.  Please register by clicking on the registration link above.  The team name that you enter should be the same as your ward name.  You can register anytime day or night, but please do not wait until the last minute.  The registration site will be open until at least 8:00 p.m. on Friday night before the meet.  All registration must be entered online before registration closes!  If you can, please register early, which will allow us to better plan.  If you need to make any changes, please log back into the system and change your registration.  It helps us greatly if the registration information that is on the site when it is closed and processed is as accurate as possible.  Please note!  There will be no registration the morning of the meet.

Awards - Ribbons will be presented to the top 8 finishers in each individual event immediately following the completion of that event.  Ribbons will be presented to the 4 individuals on the top 3 relay teams in each relay.

Parking - Parking is available next to the fieldhouse and in the lot to the west.
