Registration Instructions
Note: Each ward should register as a team. One person in your ward should be designated as the registration person. This person would follow the steps to register each of your athletes into the meet. The instructions below will allow your team to create an account, register your team, and then, if needed, go back to the account to make any necessary changes to your team's registration.
To process your registration, follow these steps:
1. Please print these instructions so you can follow along during the registration process. Then click on Registration at the bottom of this page. A new window will be opened.
2. Scroll down to the Boy Scout/YW Track Meet. Click on the signup
button next to the Boy Scout/YW Track Meet.
3. If you are a new user, click on the Create Account link in the New Users box.
If you already have an account, enter your username and password.
4. Create a Username and Password for your account. Enter the username that you would like to use for this account. Enter the password that you would like to use, twice, to verify spelling. The password can be anything that you prefer. Click on Next.
5. Enter your personal User Information. The e-mail address is very
important. It is our primary means of sending out information. Please
enter an e-mail address that is checked often. Click on Next.
6. Verify Preferences. Be sure that you have entered the information
correctly. Click on Next.
7. A "Welcome Coach" screen confirms you have successfully created a user account. Click on Start Registration.
8. First you will create your team. Click on Next.
9. Enter your Team Information. Your team name should be the name of your ward. The abbreviation should be 4 characters that can identify your ward. For example, Suncrest 10 could be SN10.
Enter an abbreviation that would not be confused with another ward. Click on Next.
10. You have successfully created your team. If you need to, you can edit your team information,
or even delete your team. When you are satisfied that your team information is correct, click on Next.
11. Now it is time to add athletes to your team. Click on Next.
12. It is important that you add at least one athlete, or leader, at this time. After you enter the first and last name, be sure to properly identify gender. Next you will identify "year in school." This has been customized to allow you to choose between Scout-Beehive, Varsity-Mia Maid, Venture-Laurel, and Leader. Click on Save.
13. Add as many athletes as you would like at this time. You may add additional athletes later as well. When you are finished, click on Next.
14. Now it is time to sign up for a meet. Click on Next.
15. The only meet available to you at this time will be "YM/YW Track Meet." Enter the
Meet Access Code, which is: honor. Click on Sign Up.
16. Your registration is not yet complete. Continue with the following instructions to complete your registration.
17. Review the information provided on the screen. To continue your registration you must go to the bottom and click on Next.
18. You are now on the main screen for registering athletes. You should see events in the left column and athletes in the right column. On your first visit to this screen you will see the message: You do not yet have any athletes signed up in this meet. To sign up an athlete, click on the athlete's name and then assign that athlete to up to 3 events,
not counting relays. When you have finished assigning the athlete, click on Next.
If you prefer, you can click on an event and assign as many athletes to that
event as are interested.
19. Review the events the athlete has been assigned to, or the athletes that
have been assigned to that event. Click on Next. Move on to
the next athlete or event until your everyone is registered.
20. You will notice that in the boxes on the right of your screen you can now see your information under Your Teams and Your Meets.
For a shortcut to return to registration, once back into your account, click on
the meet name under Your Teams.
Congratulations - You have successfully registered your team for the Boy Scout/YW Track Meet.
If you need to register additional athletes into the meet, or if you need to change the registration of any of your athletes, please log back into your account and make the additions or changes. Additions and/or changes can be made at any time of day up until we close registration. Remember that registration will close no earlier than 8:00 p.m. on Friday night before the meet. There is no on-site registration the morning of the track meet. Please complete all registration on-line by Friday.

In order to correctly handle the Combined Relay Races (youth and leaders), each ward should only have one account.
Please process your initial registration early, allowing Meet Management to plan the event. Please log back into your account to make any registration changes before registration ends. If you have an athlete that you need to change from one race to another, or any athletes that you need to add or delete, changes can be made at any time of day up until the time the site is closed and locked to process the entries. You must pre-register. There will be no registration the morning of the meet. Our numbers are too large to be able to handle registration the morning of the meet.
