2012 Provo Vault-O-Rama

The Provo All-Star Vault-O-Rama will feature world-class pole vault competition. The venue is the Clarence Robison Track on the campus of Brigham Young University. If you ever had a desire to see excellent pole vaulting up close, this is your chance!

The Stadium Record in the Pole Vault is 5.70m (18' 8 1/4") set by Tye Harvey of New Balance on June 25, 2004. The starting height will be 5.24m, (17' 2 1/4"). The height progression will be: 5.24, 5.39, 5.54, 5.63, 5.72.

Competitors scheduled to compete include:
Victor Weirich Personal Best 5.50 (18' 1/2"), looking to get the Olympic A Standard of 5.72m (18' 9 1/4"). Weirich finished 7th at 2011 USATF Outdoor Championships. 

Chris Little Personal Best 5.42 (17' 9 1/2"), looking to achieve the Olympic Trials B standard of 5.50m (18' 1/2"). Little finished 3rd at 2011 NCAA Outdoor Championships and 6th at 2010 USATF Outdoor Championships

Bobby Low Personal Best 5.45 (17' 10 1/2"), looking to achieve the Olympic Trials B standard of 5.50m (18' 1/2").
